Development Partners is proud to partner with Alderman Cappleman's 46th Ward Planning and Zoning Committee to work to develop community guidelines for future development on the site of the former Maryville Hospital, at the corner of Montrose and Clarendon.    We're grateful to Scott Freres of Lakota Group for offering his expertise by leading a small charette of stakeholders to begin to develop guidelines.  This charette will be followed by an open community meeting to seek feedback and finalize the guidelines.  Our goal is to offer site owners and potential developers a clear roadmap to community support for a project on this important site.
